Cancellation Policy

Counselling can feel very challenging at times, but committing to attend regularly is important as it allows feelings to be worked through and support to be given during this process. Whilst I try to be flexible wherever possible, once we have agreed a day and time for your
counselling sessions, I hold this space exclusively for you, and generally require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by telephone, text or email, if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. When less than 24 hours’ notice is given and/or if you fail to attend a session, the
full fee will apply.


If you fail to attend, I will email you to confirm that you wish to attend your next scheduled session or to agree on an alternative date and time where appropriate. If you fail to attend two consecutive sessions without notice or I do not hear from you within four weeks of your last session, I will assume you no longer wish to attend, and the contract between us will terminate.

If I am unable to attend a session, I will notify you at the earliest opportunity and will attempt to reschedule. A full refund of the session will apply if we are unable to find an alternative suitable time.

In the event that you have booked a bundle package and have paid the fee upfront for the discounted price and you do not wish to continue the sessions, then a refund will be provided for any remaining sessions. Refunds will take approximately 3-5 business working days to process depending on your banking service​.
