Payment Terms & Conditions
Once you have booked an appointment in the booking system and received confirmation, whether in person, online or by phone, this space is allocated and reserved exclusively for you.
To secure the appointment, I kindly ask that all fees are paid in full via the link that you will receive within the confirmation text or email of your appointment. This payment must be paid at least 24 hours prior to each session taking place.
If you have chosen one of the bundles packages, the full amount needs to be paid 24 hours prior to the first session, in order for the package to be valid.
If you wish to pay in cash, then I would ask for a £15 deposit to be paid over the phone and the remaining cash on the day of the session to be paid at the beginning of the session and a receipt will be provided to you once full payment has been received.
If advance payment is not received, your session cannot be held or guaranteed going forward.
